Terms of service

Overview

This website is operated by Dali Car Care. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our shipping policy, refund policy and privacy policy.

Products and color

Our touch-up paint is mixed to order to the original factory color code you select. Colors and swatches shown on the site are a guide only: screens cannot show metallic and pearl finishes accurately, and the color of a car can change over time with sun and weather. It is your responsibility to order the color code shown on your vehicle's paint plate. If you are not sure, contact us before ordering.

Orders and prices

All prices are shown in the currency selected on the site. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious error in the price or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Use of the products

Follow the instructions supplied with your kit and on our how it works page. Use the products in a well-ventilated area, keep them away from children, avoid contact with eyes and skin (gloves are included), and test on a small hidden area first if you are unsure. Results depend on the condition of the paintwork and on correct application.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage caused by incorrect use of the products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Content

All text, images and design on this site belong to Dali Car Care or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Car brand names and paint codes are used only to identify the color a product matches; they belong to their respective owners, and we are not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
